4 volunteers needed

Meet at the Chehalis Western Trail on Yelm Hwy; 7:45-9:15 AM.

Give water to marathoners.

Confirm with Coach Huyck.

Gear dissemination: Only athletes who have eight or more practices will be eligible to receive gear on this day. Athletes with seven practices may receive gear on 3/17.

3/17 – Tue

Standard practice:

2:30-4:30

Gear dissemination: Only athletes who have eight practices will be eligible to receive gear on this day. Ineligible athletes will receive gear as they become eligible.

3/18 –

South Sound Jamboree – 8 practices needed to compete.

Limit two events per athlete.

Athletes may drive to this meet. Arrive by 2:50. Team warm up at 3:00. Team lap following 4 X 400m relay. Athletes are expected to remain until after the team lap.

3/19 – Thu

2:30: Meet in main gym.

2:50: Distance and sprinters in pool. Bring appropriate pool gear, a towel, and dry clothes. All other athletes head to track.

4:15: Team core: bad weather=matt room; nice weather=track.

3/20 – Fri

NO SCHOOL:

Teacher Professional Development

Regular practice times: 2:30-4:30. Meet at the track.

3/21 – Sat

Water stop:

4 volunteers needed

Meet at the intersection of Puget St. NE and San Francisco St. NE; 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM. Give water to marathoners. Confirm with Coach Huyck.

Conference schedule all week.

School out: 9:55 a.m.

Conference day: DO NOT schedule conferences during practice.

Practice: 10:30 a.m. to 12: 30 p.m.

Bob Atwell Classic at SSS: Athletes in Shaner may NOT compete in this meet. No relays.

Athletes may drive to this meet. Arrive by 2:50. Team warm up at 3:00. Team lap following 200m. Athletes are expected to remain until after the team lap.

Froshowcase at Olympia: Freshmen only.

All athletes ride the bus. Dismissal and departure times to be determined.

Shortened practice for athletes competing in the Shaner Invite; standard practice for all others.

Shaner Invite at Tumwater: One athlete guaranteed per event.
