Aug 19, 2020 7:46 PM

Following Department of Health, WIAA and Vashon School District guidelines we are pleased to announce the return of Conditioning Club. Conditioning Club is open to all students and will focus on strength, plyometric (jump training), agility and anaerobic fitness.

Upon arrival all students and coaches will be screened for signs/symptoms of COVID-19 prior to workout. Screening will include a temperature check. Anyone with symptoms will not be allowed to participate. Workouts will be conducted in “pods” of no more than 5, with the same students always working out together.

Cleanliness of all equipment used will be a top priority.

What we need from student athletes:

-- Wear a mask and follow social distancing prior, during and after workout

-- Arrive dressed for activity (locker rooms will not be available)

-- Bring your own water bottle and/or towel. Please do not share.

-- Please stay at home if you do not feel well or if you have been informed you have been in close contact of someone with COVID-19.
